Microsoft will soon introduce a new version of Cortana that is more similar to Google’s Google Assistant, according to a new report.
The company is said to be planning to update the current version of the Cortana app to the new Cortana version, which is said, to replace Siri in the near future.
The Cortana team has been working on an improved version of its voice assistant for years, but until now, the company has only offered a beta version of that app.
However, the new version will offer improved features and a better user experience, according a report from The Wall Street Journal.
The new Cortana app will be a part of the Microsoft Edge browser, which the company will roll out this summer.
The report comes after Microsoft released its Cortana product preview earlier this year.
According to The Verge, Microsoft has already started testing Cortana in Windows 10, Windows 10 Mobile, and Xbox One, and is expected to release Cortana for Windows 10 PCs and Xbox consoles in the coming weeks.
Microsoft is also planning to release the Cortana Edge browser this year, according the report.
Microsoft Edge will also include Cortana support for Cortana, with the company’s own assistant coming to Chrome and Firefox as well.
Microsoft has said Cortana will be available in Cortana on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
The Microsoft Edge team plans to launch the Cortana beta on Windows 10 devices by the end of the year.
Microsoft Cortana will also make its way into the Windows 10 desktop app, according The Verge.
Cortana will replace Apple’s Apple Assistant, which was first announced in 2016.
Cortana has been a popular search and voice-activated assistant in Windows since it first launched in 2017, but its performance has struggled since then.
Cortana is a free voice-controlled personal assistant that helps you search for and find answers to common queries, and can be set to do so through Cortana’s voice, rather than through a microphone.
Cortana’s current iteration is designed to work on any device, including Windows PCs, Macs, and iPhones.
Microsoft said that Cortana will feature more advanced voice search capabilities in the future, but that its voice-recognition capabilities are only good for simple searches, and it will not be able to recognize certain types of queries.
Microsoft also announced that it will start offering Cortana for Xbox One devices in the fall.
Cortana for the Xbox One will also be available for Windows, Mac, and iOS, and Microsoft will also introduce a Cortana Edge app for the same platforms.
