Circadin, a charity working to end child trafficking, released a leaflet with the slogan “We have more peaceful people than any other country in the whole world” earlier this week.
The leaflet also featured a photo of the U.S. Capitol building.
The circadin campaign is a collaboration between the charity and the British-based NGO Polaris, which focuses on countering human trafficking.
Polaris is also working with the United Nations to fight trafficking.
The organization’s executive director, Chris McGreal, said the leaflet was aimed at highlighting the fact that the circadin charity is “fighting the good fight” to combat human trafficking, and that it is “one of the only organizations that has done so on a global scale.”
In the U, the UDRF has helped fund the operation and is also providing some financial support to the circador charity.
McGreal told the Daily Mail the leaflets were “very important to get the message out to as many people as possible” and also to make a point to the “real victims” of human trafficking in the U and the world at large.
He added that the leafleting was a “great example” of the circadises work in the fight against human trafficking.
“The circadis work with Polaris and other NGOs is a great example of the true value of their work and how we can work together to make sure that the work they do is carried out with integrity,” McGreal said.
